This program/track focuses on developing leaders that are representative of our staff and the patients we serve. Participating in this program is an opportunity to support a more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and innovative workforce. This option would include multiple meetings over an 8–12-month period.

Mentors are professionals who guide and advise mentees in their career paths to help them succeed. A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support their mentees.

Mentee

Mentees are professionals who want guidance and advice to further their careers and to be successful. Mentees can expect to strengthen and build their networks, and gain the skills and confidence necessary to excel.
