This program/track focuses on nurses new to the profession currently enrolled in the nurse residency program. The goal of this track is to pair a nurse resident with a mentor to enculturate organizational values, provide support, and impart professional knowledge as they transition into practice. This formal relationship will occur over a 6-month period.
